Note: At customers request the following grades of ferrotitanium are produced: ФТи70С08 where zirconium mass content is 1,0%max, molybdenum - 1,5%max; ФТи70С1 where carbon mass content is 0,3%max, phosphorus and sulphur - 0,03% of each; ФТи35С5 — where titanium mass content is 40% max, carbon 0,1% max, sulphur - 0,03% max, cuprum -1,0% max or 0,2%max; ФТи35С7 — where titanium mass content is 40% max;ФТи35С8 — where titanium mass content is 40% max, aluminum-  10% max, cuprum -1,5% max, silicium - 6,0% max, phosphorus - 0,06% max, sulphur - 0,01% max, stannum 0,04%, carbon - 0,1% max; ФТи25 - where titanium mass content is 30% max; aluminum and (or) silicium 5 -15%. At customers request ferrotitanium ФТи70С08 is supplied with mass content of phosphorus and sulphur 0,05% max of each; ФТи35С8 where silicium mass content is 9% max.

2.Size Range:

Ferrotitanium is supplied in the form of lumps or grounded and sieved particles. Particles sizes must correspond to the ones stated in the table below.

Ferrotitanium is produced in the lump form, weight 15 kg max. Weight content of the particles of size 10×10 mm must be 6 % max in the party of ferrotitanium grades ФТи70С05, ФТи70С1 and ФТи70С08 and 10% max in the party of other ferrotitanium grades. Small particles sizes are not important when Ferrotitanium is used for welding materials manufacturing. The whole surface of the lump must not have any traces of sand, slag and other foreign materials. Small traces of parting material and oxide film are acceptable.
