Ferrosilicon Manganese is a fragile alloy of quartzite and deoxidized manganese ore which is used in the metallurgical engineering as a steel reducing agent. It makes alloy shock resistant and short when it is bent. The whole surface of the ferrosilicon manganese lumps must not have any foreign materials. Parting materials (sand, lime) traces, slag film, little slag is acceptable.

Foreign materials mass content is to be 0,5% of the party mass. Ferrosilicon manganese is supplied in the lump form weighting 20 kg max. Crushed ferrosilicon manganese is divided into several types according to the size rate. Particles quantity of the size less than 20×20 mm can be 15% max in the party of ferrosilicon manganese in lumps form. There can be 5% of lumps weighting more than 20 kg in one party. Ferrosilicon Manganese is transported without packaging or in the specialized containers.

1. At customers request ferrosilicon manganese of type B is manufactured with phosphorus mass content 0,05 %, for the grades МнС12, МнС17, МнС22 -0,10 %max,  МнС25 - 0,05 %max.

2. In the ferrosilicon manganese grade there is decoded melt basis, phosphorus mass content and size type.

Ferrosilicon manganese is supplied in the lump form weighting 20 kg max or in the form of crushed and sieved particles. Size rate of each type must correspond to the norms stated in the table below.
